Pattern licensing fees vary on a case by case basis. Fees depend on design complexity, licensing term, usage requirements, etc.
IS LICENSING EXCLUSIVE OR NON-EXCLUSIVE?
Designs are generally licensed on a non-exclusive basis. If you're interested in an exclusive collaboration, please get in touch. No license is required to sell goods made with fabric featuring my designs when bought from Spoonflower.
NON EXCLUSIVE LICENSE
Non exclusive licensing means you can license a design from me to be printed onto your products. This same design can also be used by other customers that like to purchase a NON EXCLUSIVE LICENSE, as well as being sold by me on sites such as Spoonflower.
WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT OF THE PATTERN?
Studio Annika Lima retains all copyright and ownership of pattern designs.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE COLORS OR CREATE DESIGNS ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS?
Yes, I can customize colours to suit your project. Please fill in my licensing enquiry form to discuss if recoloring of this specific design is possible.
WHAT IS THE FILE FORMAT?
Standard file formats for licensing are .JPEG files at 300 DPI in sRGB. Photoshop (.psd) files are also available upon request. If you require an alternate file type, please let me know. Licensees are responsible for ensuring the file type is appropriate for their chosen printing company.
